Pros

Some wonderful individuals in delivery. Some good content but limited in scope.

Cons

Somehow these guys have done a good job hiding how bad things are on platforms like this. Anyone who works here will know that a number of these reviews that are five star reviews are not real. And they do a good job by adding a sacrificial bit of negative feedback like acknowledging that the pay is low to make them read like real reviews. The truth is that this company had a lot of potential but has missed its opportunity and I can’t see a reputable company buying them or a real path to growth. They don’t just underpay their employees. They undervalue them. Especially if you fall into certain categories. Senior Leadership are mostly older white men. There are women in lower level management positions, MP’s and HR, but a number of them have ties to the founder. If you’re not at the London office you’re at a disadvantage already. There’s a cult-like, nepotistic environment here. Canadians resent the American employees for making more money. But even they are underpaid. And then we all get nickel and dimed to death over expenses and they do everything they can to find loopholes to not pay us. I have been shocked by the behavior I’ve seen by management here, even at the top. It’s on full display at events like Live. If you have a spouse who works here do not let them travel to company events without you traveling with them.

We strongly disagree with many of the assertions in this review, particularly those implying fabricated reviews, inequitable treatment, or inappropriate behaviour from leadership. All reviews, both positive or negative, come directly from employees and are never authored or influenced by the company. Suggesting otherwise misrepresents both the platform and our internal practices. Your comments about demographics and “cult-like” culture don’t reflect the reality of our workforce or leadership structure. Info-Tech’s leadership team includes individuals across genders, countries, and backgrounds, and hiring decisions at every level are based on capability, experience, and performance, not personal affiliation. We also take equity seriously, which is why we conduct quarterly engagement surveys, use external benchmarking for compensation, and maintain transparent people processes across all markets. We also reject the suggestion that employees outside the London office are at a disadvantage or that expense policies are designed to avoid reimbursement. Our policies follow industry standards and are audited regularly. When issues do arise, employees are encouraged to escalate directly to management or HR so they can be addressed quickly. If any employee has experienced behaviour that is inconsistent with Info-Tech’s values, we expect and encourage them to report it, either confidentially through HR Ops or anonymously through our compliance channels, so it can be properly investigated. Broad, unsubstantiated claims make it difficult to address concerns meaningfully. We recognize that no organization is perfect, and we’re committed to continuous improvement. The portrayal in this review is not one we recognize, and we encourage you to connect confidentially with HR so we can address specific concerns constructively.

Thank you for taking the time to leave your feedback. As a growth-focused organization, we pride ourselves on providing ample development opportunities both on the job and in more formal education environments. We would like to address your concerns with team design, senior management, and time management, but regret there is not enough detail to properly comment on each aspect. What we can share is that this is a fast-paced industry that requires exceptional time management from all employees, regardless of the team they’re on. We continue to invest in training for all levels of employees, including senior management and leadership, to ensure that teams receive the support needed to meet targets and enjoy the process while doing so. We are all working together to achieve ambitious goals for the company’s next chapter. Finally, our team structure is designed to facilitate a collaborative environment in which we can be proud of the work we do. It’s great to hear that you enjoyed your time with Info-Tech, including working with your colleagues and the learning provided. We wish you the best in your future endeavors!

Pros

The role can provide experience in sales development, outbound communication, and working within a fast-paced performance-driven environment.

Cons

There appears to be inconsistency in how opportunities and accounts are distributed among employees, leading to concerns about fairness and morale. High daily call expectations can create pressure, especially when account quality varies significantly.
