Excellent technology. Dedicated to a process of continuous improvement. Room for growth and advancement.

Cons

Fast paced environment to suited to all people. Heavy workload at times. Employees expected to manage a diversity of tasks that may not fit exactly within their job description. High expectations and accountability that can feel personal at times. Miscommunication between executive team members that can lead to frustration and lack of clarity.
