      * It’s not a cons but since IM is a growing business (at time of writing) we as employees got to be ready for sudden changes in product and workload not being consistent which I personally enjoy but some may not

      Pros

      - excellent compensation - great work culture - ability to work autonomously - management is amazing here - great benefits

      Cons

      It is difficult to come up with any cons for this company, but since I have to put one, I'd say that if you prefer larger companies with larger teams, meeting together at an office then this wouldn't be a great fit as we are primarily remote since the pandemic.
