      Remote working , a lot of staff are nice and friendly

      Expected to work above and beyond your set hours often working through evenings/weekends No support given Not disability friendly, doesn’t support conditions affecting working Wouldn’t recommend

      Inflo has an amazing culture and are extremely happy to let employees work in a fashion they see fit

      - Remote-first working culture is great - Most of the people are nice and helpful - Yearly retreat is a lot of fun - Great work-life balance

      Cons

      - Salary is below average - US benefits are not great, and they also have no idea how to handle them - Upper management can be a bit much
