Pros
The more work you do, the more money you get. Sadly, the "more" is still not reasonable to the amount of time you will spend on their files. You can skip work and it's all good. This is the only good thing, to be honest.
Cons
1) Management/CEO/Operations think the employees are robots, giving them UNREALISTIC DEADLINES. 2) CEO keeps hiring people in the upper management who DO NOT UNDERSTAND HOW IT IS TO BE A JUNIOR EDITOR that's why policies are so UNREALISTIC. They should try being editors for a month and let's see if they meet their own deadlines. 3) Pay here is so unjust for the work they want you to do. It's literally taking advantage of the desperation of people to have jobs. Disgusting. 4) People in the operations division are not even good. We know you people use ChatGPT or Claude for your replies. WE KNOW.
