There are two types of Infinityn International, the sales team and the other departments. If you join the second one, be careful. Infinity's top management is skewed and focused solely on profits rather than valuing and supporting their employees. Lack of work-life balance, poor communication and transparency, absence of professional growth opportunities, inadequate compensation and benefits, and lack of employee recognition and appreciation. Not to mention the cases of harassment that occurred in the company that were acquitted due to the personal relationship with the CEO. It is disheartening to witness such a blatant disregard for employees' well-being within Infinityn International. A successful company should recognize that its employees are its most valuable asset and strive to create a supportive and inclusive work environment. Regrettably, this is not the case with Infinityn International. I strongly caution prospective employees to carefully consider their options before joining this organization. If you value work-life balance, growth opportunities, fair compensation, and a culture that appreciates its employees, I recommend seeking opportunities elsewhere.
