No Work- Life balance, although it states that we have to work half day alternate Saturday, but they will have all sorts of fair that require you to work in the weekend. But reluctant to pay Overtime as they claim this is only applicable for Tech Team. Always expect you to travel during weekend if there's a fair on Monday, always give last minute instruction, and require you to travel to other state in the weekend regardless where are you at the moment. Took long time for claim to process, no corporate card, you will have to make a payment for all the hotel and transportation expenses in advance and it will take around 2 months for you to get your money back. Most of the time, the amount of claim is more than your basic salary. Do not work for this company if you do not have saving to last you for at least 2 month for the claim to reach you. Spoke to HR regarding this, but they told us this is the process and they can do nothing about it.
