Pros
Overall, a great group of people, however that may have changed due to the recent turnover. A handful of the consultants were extremely knowledgeable, interacted with clients well, able to define requirements and design complex systems.
Cons
CEO is disconnected from day-to-day operations but doesn't realize it. Company was unable to find and hire new competent consultants. Lacked any systems or processes to share information or train internal people, thus needed to rely on a handful of experts, which was a bottleneck and huge risk. Unwilling to make investments into service offerings or IP unless there was a customer paying for it. Compensation is average at best for the area/industry. Significant turnover in the past year including the entire senior mgmt team.
