Pros

Location is easily accessible due to it's convenient location close to the mrt

Cons

Prior to joining the organization, it's important to be aware that minimal guidance is provided by managers. In this company, self-learning is essential for success. Managers exhibit favoritism towards employees who are skilled at ingratiating themselves. Another senior manager should improve her basic English grammar skills. Her proficiency in English is subpar, comparable to that of a primary school student. This is less noticeable since most of her emails are pre-set templates saved from prior years, devoid of personal input. If you become part of this company, it's advisable to refrain from using platforms like WhatsApp to interact with managers or partners. There may be a tendency for partners to inundate you with messages on WhatsApp, even during your time off, despite indicating that you are unavailable due to holidays or weekends. The youngest partner often exceeds his role and responsibilities as an audit partner in order to prioritize clients, even if it compromises professional behavior, professional conduct and audit independence. This issue tends to be disregarded or ignored. There are also inconsistencies in the guidance from managers and partners, with the same partner instructing staff to prepare accounting schedules for clients, knowing that preparing these schedules is the responsibility of an accountant, not an auditor.
