      Some of the staffs are friendly and helpful

      Cons

      Assigned a new case with a senior staff, ended up doing everything while he works on his existing cases. Minimal guidance for fresh grads. 3 months probation period ended up being 6 months, with no notice of extension.

      1. Flat structure – easy to talk to partners directly 2. Pantry always well stocked 3. Great place to learn and grow – only realised how useful the experience was after joining a Big 4 4. Good colleagues 5. Competitive remuneration for small firm

      Cons

      1. Peak period can get really busy 2. Some overseas clients need a lot of patience to communicate with 3. Overseas travel opportunities are limited and usually only given to seniors
