      The people. It's all about the people. And we have an amazing team that truly cares about our customers and each other. The culture is truly next level.

      Cons

      Customers that have no patience. Sometimes I think they believe that we make the technology, and when it breaks, they blame us for poor software coding and bugs.

      Pros

      A great place to work — the company really feels like a family. They’re very caring with employees and considerate about family matters. In terms of organization, it’s an excellent company — everything is well-structured and very methodical. The team leads are attentive and always willing to help.

      Cons

      The salary isn’t the best, but it makes up for it in other ways.
