Pros
Great work environment. The staff are all fantastic. It is a great team environment and everyone really comes together to get the job done. I have been here for a few years, and have gone with the company through ups and downs, and feel that it's made me stronger as a professional and individual. We tend to break bread together as a team at least once a week, which is usually paid for by the company. We do have a lot of staff outings, industry events we are encouraged to attend, ongoing training and education, and some fantastic peer mentoring by management. If you are a sponge, this is a great environment to learn. One other thing I love is that the company is very flat. There aren't tons of middle-managers to filter things. I report directly to the CEO himself. The pro is that I get incredible exposure and experience...
Cons
Typical issues that most companies have. Processes need to be refined in some scenarios. Since the company is rather flat, sometimes getting approvals pushed through take a bit of extra time.
