Pros

The senior management goes out of their way to help your professional development; they're incredibly knowledgeable about the industry and its biggest players. You will learn a lot in a very short time and can easily use the experience elsewhere.

Cons

My honest recommendation would be get in, learn a lot and get out. Maybe just their internship? A very competitive workplace where the work/life balance is pretty bad. The agency lifestyle can get old quickly and you'll work a lot of free overtime. Also, be prepared to attend a lot of social activities in your free time.

Pros

They have some really great managers who take the time to work with you on growth areas and are always willing to chat through feedback - managers definitely has your back and want to see you succeed Coworkers are strong, intelligent folks who genuinely care about you in a professional and personal capacity Everyone is always willing to jump in and help, no matter the level – no hierarchy when it's all hands on deck Genuinely care about work-life balance, especially for the more junior folk You will learn a lot, and fast!

Cons

Interesting conversations internally when a colleague who had "such a bright future at the company" (or something similar said about them) departs - almost as if they take personal offense when someone leaves? Overall, culture around departures is sometimes strange A niche within a niche in terms of industry - legal comms is a beast of its own, and within the PR industry, the business model at Infinite is veryyy traditional media relations heavy (not bad necessarily, but something to consider) Pay is pretty ehh, they promote fast when deserved, which looks great and makes one feel accomplished - but on the flip side, often feels like the new and many titles are to distract from proper compensation across all levels
