Management is very good in point of marketing view.
Cons
1. Working time - depends upon the work load assigned to you. I used to come early, management used to come late and they used to expect me to wait even after my working hours so that I have to complete their commitments which they left pending before I joined the company. 2. Original Documents - you are asked to submit your original documents which is I think is not really necessary. 3. Over commitments that forces employee to work long hours - I used to work 8 hours only and according to my planned calender as tasks were pending before I joined and it was also shown to the management. However even after knowing that existing clients commitments are not completed the management never hesitated to tie up with new clients for new projects and did not cared about man power. And they told me that I am not capable for the job to complete all the tasks. 4. Payment denied - HR told me you are no longer required to us. I accepted it because I wasn't at the fault. I asked for my original documents and my payment. HR said - management will not give your payment. Even though I agreed because my documents were stuck with them. I insisted them at least you pay me the travel allowance which I spent to come office daily. But the HR personnel said she can't pay me the travel allowance as well. I asked her for my original documents and left the company.
