No Direction in the US - CLM Infineon Technologies Employee Review

Since the 2024 Step Up program, which was just a fancy term to move all jobs overseas there is little opportunity in Livonia and the US as a whole. They have moved all future jobs in logistics to Mexico and are slowly terminating the current team in Livonia. The writing is on the wall that more jobs across all departments will move to their new locations in Mexico and Portugal. It used to be a team environment before the step up program, and they have treated Livonia employees like just another number.
