- Incompetent management, who is best at using their position for practicing politics, "fake" acting of care and ensure good employees leave. - Poor or non existent career projections [Good manager blame top level management for that, because they think that's what they are getting paid for] - Favoritism [No fix for this anyways, irrespective of what you do there is always someone who will just get all attention and "care" ;) ] - Managers don't value team feedback [because managers are god, they must be trusted and you are informed of decisions] - Below par pay compared to other semi-conductor companies. [Ofcourse talented managers will tell you N number of reason for low hikes]
