Good technology and products; competent, dedicated, knowledgeable technical, sales, and marketing colleagues; competitive, even somewhat generous pay and benefits; good deal of freedom in executing job responsibilities;
Cons
confused management; no clear direction; first unlimited growth, then reduction of company, into possible death spiral; slogans "whatever it takes", "never stop thinking", are only words, with no management commitment. Personnel and administration people and policies not very successful.
