Pros

Intern program is hands on and provides real world experience. Management is helpful when something is confusing or not quite clicking. Entry-level and career-level professionals interact seamlessly. Hands-off management style allows workers to focus on what they find most important. Home/work balance allows you to leave your work at the office at the end of the day. Friendly coworkers make workdays enjoyable. Little to no drama make workdays less stressful. Computers running Windows 7 and Office 2007 make work easier.

Cons

The hands-off management style may leave some feeling lost. Health and dentistry benefits are not full coverage.

Pros

Interns are trained in a variety of duties. They also get to use programs which are very much in demand by current employers(Dreamweaver, Google Adwords and Analytics, for example). Overall, the employees are very polite and friendly; they seem content overall with their jobs. InetSoft is a respectable company to have on your resume; they have been around since 1996 and their software is used by %25 of Fortune 500 companies.

Cons

As mentioned previously, the unstructured approach can take some getting used too. However, once the adjustment takes place, you may find that this is more conducive to maximum productivity. Also, the commitment expected of interns is 3-5 days a week, so it may not be for students with an already very full schedule.
