      Wait there are none.... wait the admin is cool, they know it is a joke, wish I could give zeros

      Cons

      Management lack of direction, horrible training process, zero sustainable promotions, zero follow through and all about the owner Making all the money

      Pros

      Fast workplace, unlimited earning potential with nice commission structure and bonuses. The harder you work the better it gets. Good team environment.

      Cons

      It is fast paced so this is not a clock in clock out kind of company. You have to enjoy it or you will get left behind.

      Pros

      I enjoy the people I work with more than anything! When I applied I talked with Heather on the phone, It felt like we had know each other for years and were picking up where we left off. After being hired I met more of the staff and that excited me even more. The energy and personalities are wonderful.

      Cons

      Its not for everyone. It is hard work to get to where you want to be. I am no stranger to hard work so I enjoy work each and everyday.
