Great team culture and work-life balance - Anonymous employee Industrious Employee Review

Honestly I really enjoyed my experience at this company. So much so that I have applied multiple times to return and work for them but they continue to send the automatic replies of "We went with another candidate" which does make me sad because I have all 5+ stars from all my former members about how they really enjoyed me running their location. I wish I wouldn't have left when I did but I had to due to personal reasons. Benefits are incredible, the Member Experience Manager position is really a great position and they pay very well (in my opinion). Honestly no complaints.

Only that I left at the time that I did and I wish I was still working for them. I got to meet both Jamie and Justin and honestly I can say they are probably the best CEO's I've ever worked for.

Pay is decent. The best part is working with the clients.

Toxic environment internally. There seems to be different culture views and ways to work from people who've been at the company a long time and new people.
