Thank you for your time in sharing a balanced review with your comments and concerns. We are reviewing our PTO/leave policies and other benefits offered as we continue to evolve and grow, and hope to share those updates soon. We also understand that the varying numbers of days in-office for different teams, which are based on team and client needs, can be a bit frustrating and we will continue to evaluate and update these work schedules as circumstances change. We are also working on updating and broadening our career development pathways and have recently introduced monthly leadership training for both current and aspiring leaders in our company.
