Horrible management, bad policies, everyone is salary and is expected to for tons of "free" overtime, no accountability for mistakes or lack of ability there is always someone else to blame, when you start there everything looks too good to be true that is because it is, you will get used and taken advantage of, and the minute you try to stand up for your self say goodbye its do what they want, when they want, no matter if its legal or not, unethical, or even impossible, or find a new job
