* Not allowed to do write ups without checking with HR first
* Coddle certain employees
* Cameras in the office
* No safety measures in place for employees
* Frowned upon for asking too many questions
* Always penny pinching on materials needed on property
* Property managers not allowed to make day to day decisions without first checking with upper management
* PTO must be submitted at least 2 weeks in advance
* PTO is accrued at 3.08 per paycheck
* Managers are required to work Saturday’s
* ALL their properties are in high crime areas of Houston
* If you as a manager decide to leave 1 hour early for not taking lunch they don’t like that
