Pros
1) Best for Freshers you can good knowledge and training. 2) Colegues are very professional and helping in nature. 3) Every senior person is always keen to help 4) You get proper salary time to time 5) Increment is good approx 20-30% every year
Cons
1) In initial phase when we join it seems to be difficult. 2) Some times you have to work extra hrs like alternate day you have to work 12-13 hrs. 3) your work is calculated in , efficiency, Utilisation, attendence, extracurricular activities, as per that you get KRA score ... which sounds annoying even you get your full of performance and some what reason you lack in KRA score, you will get less increment.
