Starting to become aware of the need for transformation, even though the result is mess.
Cons
1. The company’s strategy and direction are unclear, with an opaque organizational structure and undefined roles (we don’t have job descriptions).
2. The organizational system is weak.
3. Performance management is unstandardized (no KPIs, no OKRs).
4. Internal project management is a mess.
5. There are serious leadership issues and no role models. Employees are also being exploited.
6. HR management is appalling - the HR team lacks proper competence. They make false promises, and there’s no job security.
7. Recruitment and retention are unsustainable. Very few employees stay longer than three years.
8. There is no clear career path. Employees are just wasting their time there.
9. Restructuring in the form of downsizing.
10. The HR manager is not from management/industrial engineering/psychology. He doesn’t treat us as assets.
