None really. Maybe if you are a part of a great team you will find great people.
Cons
The higher ups treat everybody like crap, they bully you, talk to you with disgrace. Poor organisation also from them, there is zero work/life balance. They dont care about your personal life, plans etc. if they say you need to change your days off/ delete the holiday days you have to cause they say so. They treat you exactly no more than a pawn.
