terrible management - Customer Service Inditex Employee Review

I really feel my self in this company as outsider. Because you do not speak Spanish, but people around you as your colleagues or managers speak in front of you with your colleagues in Spanish, and its does not matter you told them or not. Payment for hours and job upload, not very comparable. I you not Spanish for most of your Spanish-speaking colleagues you will be stranger and they will be not helpful at all. When you will have a problem with a health your HR manager will be very politician and do best for her not for you.
