Pros
Friendly working environment Camaraderie among employees and decent interdepartmental relationships Organization / IT systems at the store level were relatively straightforward to operate. Managers were understanding if someone was sick or could not work, did not pressure people unduly.
Cons
Greenwashing. A lot of the campaigns seemed more like blindly following a trend than real sustainable changes. Understaffing. I'm not sure if it was a local issue, but our HR never seemed very quick to replace employees lost to turnover. There was a high turnover rate, and perhaps covid was a factor, but it made the work environment quite stressful in the end, though still friendly.
