Pros
For Bosnian standards, the pay is really good but when you think about how much people in the same position earn in different countries it's just to low to imagine a life here with the same job.
Cons
The environment is really fast and you need to pay attention to detail which would be ok if the pay was better but for this standard and this pay, there is too much stress and its better to learn a different language and to go abroad to work on the same position.
