Pros
Multinational environment where you get to know lots of very nice people. There is a gym in the office but you can only use it in specific hours.
Cons
Management is very poor. There is no follow ups, no feedback, no guidance, and you really feel like being a company number. Never seen such power abuse from directors. 0 life balance, although official working hours are from 9.30 to 18.30h, area director decides that you'll do 10 extra hours per week for free, plus, leaving the office before your manager/director is considered a bad habit.
