      Pros

      Good salary and benefit conditions compared to the rest of the sector. Very structured work environment, in which you learn a lot as a junior.

      Cons

      Too much control on the employees (no trust at all), micromanagement and no flexibility at all in the workplace.

      Good salary for part time because of overtime

      Cons

      As a full time student, they did not respect my academic schedule, even though they wer telling me that they would. They would make me work overtime without asking me, negatively affecting my academic schedule. Also as promoted, even though I had requested a specific day off a month prior in the application, they "forgot" about it and almost lost my exam because they couldn't make last minute changed
