      Salary (compared to other stores).

      Cons

      Poor management practices, no compensation for extra hours worked, unsanitary working conditions, and widespread favoritism. There was a clear difference in treatment between employees who had personal friendships with managers and those who did not.

      Good salary for part time because of overtime

      Cons

      As a full time student, they did not respect my academic schedule, even though they wer telling me that they would. They would make me work overtime without asking me, negatively affecting my academic schedule. Also as promoted, even though I had requested a specific day off a month prior in the application, they "forgot" about it and almost lost my exam because they couldn't make last minute changed
