Pros

Met some lovely people on the way who have remained friends.

Cons

There is no support from senior management and they ignore what the staff want. As this company's industry was seen as 'key workers' throughout lockdown, they used the 'key worker' excuse to force their staff to come into the office on a rota basis when the Government were still advising to work from home if you can. You were intimidated if you questioned this. Whilst I worked there several staff 'disappeared'. You were not informed that they were leaving, just one day they no longer worked there. HR make up the rules as they go along and if you challenge anything, your card is 'marked'.
