      - Get to work on cool projects - Flexible hours I guess

      Cons

      Upper management is terrible at conflict resolution. The company is run like a very disorganized startup with zero organization. You are expected to pretty much always be on call 7 days a week. Very low pay. Very high turnover rate.

      Get to work on cool projects very collaborative across all departments

      Cons

      This company is run extremely poorly. very low pay long hours no HR - you are on your own the bosses are not good with conflict managment
