The smaller clinics that work on diseases that have long been ostracized and lead to health disparities at IU Health are managed, lead, and attended by people who intrinsically care about achieving equity across their services.
Cons
1. IU Health has an unfair and unjust process to review employees activities without considering mitigating details that could affect the outcome. They should reconsider and review definitions, and apply new methods of applying the employee punishments. 2. Health insurance options are provide extremely limited options, particularly for mental health, and in languages other than Spanish.
