Management doesn’t care about staffing and will triple your assignment if you work in the icu but then they become “unreachable” when your unit is on fire, they will expect you to float amongst the different hospitals without compensation and tell you 20 mins before your shift starts, the sketchy tac fraud situation where they claim nurses are bankrupting the system (we only get paid $27/hr) but yet donate over $400 million to their own med school in order to skip out on paying taxes. That money could’ve gone back in to the employees of the company who have gained them that much money. Pls don’t work here. Work at eskenazi or community or even st Vincent.
