      Pros

      The patients are great. Many of the nurses are really helpful. The hours are reasonable. You get to make your own schedule.

      Cons

      Getting floated or cancelled. Working 12 hours is a long time. You can get very busy and you feel overwhelmed.

      Pros

      very flexible schedule, leadership is good at communicating and showing appreciation. They also don't allow others to treat coworkers poorly. Insurance is affordable with decent coverage, more PTO than many companies.

      Cons

      pay is low, increases are very small
