      Good management and okay pay. Nurses are super helpful and everyone wants to work as a team. Better health care as well

      The pay is typically well below the average. It seems other health care organizations pay better putting IU below the market

      Pros

      very flexible schedule, leadership is good at communicating and showing appreciation. They also don't allow others to treat coworkers poorly. Insurance is affordable with decent coverage, more PTO than many companies.

      pay is low, increases are very small
