      Reviewing remote work and leadership is putting in place a return to office policy that seems to possibly model a hybrid schedule versus truly remote like they have been.

      very flexible schedule, leadership is good at communicating and showing appreciation. They also don't allow others to treat coworkers poorly. Insurance is affordable with decent coverage, more PTO than many companies.

      pay is low, increases are very small
