      gain lots of experience, great people, fun environment, great culture, easily the best internship I've ever had, paid

      You'll work long hours at the fair, but it's a lot of fun and you get paid hourly so it's a win!

      Fun, fast-paced environment. You get really close with everyone you work with. It's fun work and you learn a lot.

      Good events and venue. People love the State Fair.

      Management feels superior to staff. Some in upper level management are simply not good managers to their staff.
