They are caring about only generating revenue either by hook ot crook it depends on u. It doesn't matter whether employee is making wrong commitment or not. Hard to take leave even you are sick. Deduction for late punch in doesn't matter whatever the reason. Sometimes don't allow to go for lunch if u don't add payment prospects. No concept of employees satisfaction and customer satisfaction. Pathetic people...
