If u want to have a stable life with a great work life balance. IOCL is your cup of tea. Also the benefits are pretty decent too

A job full of monotonicity with a very strongly hierarchical structure. It's very difficult to change the function or role in which you have joined. A lot of inefficiency in the system due to strong unionised structure
