Pros
Working at ISF was a significant growth milestone in my career. It’s a great place to enhance your skill set and evolve both personally and professionally. I had the opportunity to lead and take ownership of projects assigned - with guidance on ideation and planning to execution and delivery. One of the standout aspects was the open-minded and empowering management. Was able to build my own team, present new ideas and drive initiatives, which truly helped me gain confidence and leadership experience. The role also opened up avenues to travel extensively, both within India and internationally, thanks to the diverse and dynamic nature of the projects. Every assignment brought in fresh learning and pushed me to raise the bar. Overall, it was a creatively fulfilling, challenging and inspiring environment that played a major role in shaping the professional I am today.
Cons
Like many fast-paced, event-driven industries, the role did come with its share of challenges. During major projects or events, long hours and last-minute changes were common. Working late or on weekends, especially Saturdays, became part of the routine and scheduled holidays were sometimes rescheduled or revoked due to urgent work commitments. While demanding, these situations also taught me resilience, time management and how to perform under pressure.
