Supportive and approachable company culture with strong communication across teams and leadership. The company is open to feedback, willing to try new ideas, and generally moves quickly to improve processes and adapt to change. Transparency from leadership is also something I’ve appreciated.

Compensation can feel below market at times. Because the company moves quickly, changes can occasionally feel disorganized or inconsistent in execution. The leasing process can also be overly complicated and slower than it needs to be operationally.
