Pros
From my very first days at Indeed I felt welcomed and looked after. I initially worked alongside one of my interviewers and was closely involved in client projects and presentations from day one. I was able to get involved quickly and prove my abilities in many areas such as computer design, prototyping and problem-solving. In return, I felt growing respect from my colleagues for me as a part of the team, with my contributions standing alongside theirs. I was involved with technical engineering projects to creative installation work where I got to see the process of how research and ideation lead to prototyping and testing, then finally production-ready designs. The opportunity to learn was fantastic with a diverse range of projects and expertise from my colleagues. Every conversation was an opportunity to gain new knowledge. After my initial 6 months, I was offered the opportunity to continue, and I ended up working for 11 months before returning to university to finish my degree. I see the internship experience at Indeed as extremely valuable and I have gained a lot from it.
Cons
I have nothing negative to say.
