They do not truly value their agency workers, as anything other than money making mechanisms. - Agency Worker Indeed Flex Employee Review

Pros

Indeed flex is great for part time work, it is flexible and pays well.

Cons

When the large corporate company Indeed took over from Syft, they gave up a lot of the values the agency used to have. If you think they have any respect for you or any care about you as a worker you are wrong. They only care when they are making money from you working, but if things go wrong they favour clients all of the time. Even when mistakes are on their end completely. They set out a very stringent three strike policy, which removes a lot of the desired flexibility. Don’t expect anyone to enquire why you have cancelled numerous shifts. They don’t care about you. Just expect to be quite cowardly told your account has been suspended. They won’t factor in to account a prior three years of work without strikes, they don’t consider the value you have given them in the hours worked, and they have no loyalty. Don’t be deceived by the “benefits” they offer their staff either. These are of course all affiliated products and deals which still earn them money when you collect the discounts. All they care about is money, they don’t care about their agency staff. Of the numerous agencies I have worked at, they are the ones which most perfectly encapsulate the problems of capitalism in their lack of compassion to workers when issues arise, the robotic customer service, and willingness to get rid of you with no care about you.
