Pros
- Tried to train their employees and promote from within the company. - Good benefits (then again I’m a single person & decently healthy) - Internal mobility is pretty easy if you have your supervisor’s support
Cons
- At the end of the day, the decisions are profit driven vs people driven and often times those are at odds. - Senior leadership has been a bit unhinged the past few years. They hired like crazy and then they let people go like crazy after hiring the Kellogs HR lady as Indeed’s head or HR (she was known for union busting during her time at Kellogs). But she’s gone now, so who knows what’s next. It seems like leadership is still trying to figure that out. The last 3-4 years at Indeed have been full of org changes and shuffling people around. Who knows when they’ll get it right.
