      Excellent Work/Life Balance for a six-figure job, great bright people, market-dominating presence

      Cons

      We're not as layoff-proof as we thought we were, product rollouts have been iffy the last few years, company direction and sales quotas are not in sync and the company hasn't proactively adjusted for this. Leadership seems to be playing a lot more defense lately with some of their decisions as results aren't meeting expectations.

      Pros

      I loved the talented people I worked with; I appreciated being appreciated; I loved helping employers hire; and I really thought this would be the company I retired from.

      Cons

      The company culture changed significantly after it became publicly traded; I didn't particularly care for how they handled layoffs; they didn't always act on the feedback they received; and they were slow to jump on the AI train.
