We also have a Parents and Caregivers Inclusion Resource Group (IRG) that supports and engages a diverse community of parents and caregivers at Indeed. This group was formed to aim at removing biases, barriers at the workplace and creating a safe and inclusive environment where managers and colleagues acknowledge, understand their challenges and support them.
