      Pros

      From C-level to senior managers and how they have managed the transition from working in the office to home has been incredible. All communication from the top down has been very clear and transparent. Live Q&As with C-level managers gives you so much confidence in the business and its direction. We've been able to expensive anything you want to make a comfortable office at home too. Senior managers and managers are more than willing to help and guide you on your career path here. Even over this difficult time they could not be more supportive. Thank you.

      Great work-life balance, company clearly cares about it's employees, solid benefits and leave, noble mission, profit isn't always the top priority which is great

      Pros

      I loved the talented people I worked with; I appreciated being appreciated; I loved helping employers hire; and I really thought this would be the company I retired from.

      Cons

      The company culture changed significantly after it became publicly traded; I didn't particularly care for how they handled layoffs; they didn't always act on the feedback they received; and they were slow to jump on the AI train.
